b⁴ is a non-custodial social polling dApp on Solana. Users stake USDC to express an opinion (YES/NO) on subjective questions. Resolution is based solely on majority participant vote at close — not on any external event, fact, or future outcome. No funds are held, custodied, or controlled by the app; all interactions are direct user-signed on-chain transactions with program-derived accounts. No new tokens are issued, no rewards are distributed outside of pool redistribution to winners.
