• Transaction data: When you place positions in opinion markets, the transaction details (amount, side, market) are recorded on the Solana blockchain and visible to us.

• Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, interaction patterns, and navigation paths.
• Log data: IP address, access times, browser type, and referring URLs.
• Wallet address: Your Solana wallet public address, which is generated locally on your device and transmitted to us for service functionality.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys: We never have access to your wallet private keys. They are generated and stored on your device, secured by your biometric authentication through our wallet provider (Turnkey).
• Biometric data: Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device operating system. We do not receive, process, or store any biometric data.
• Passwords: We use passwordless authentication via email one-time passcodes. No passwords are stored.

b⁴ operates on the Solana blockchain. When you place a position in a market, the transaction is recorded on the public blockchain. This data includes your wallet address, the market identifier, position side, and amount. Blockchain data is public, immutable, and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

While your wallet address is pseudonymous, it may be possible to associate it with your identity through external means. We do not make this association public.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the Service, including Turnkey (wallet infrastructure), Helius (Solana RPC), and analytics providers. These providers access data only as needed to perform their functions and are contractually bound to protect it.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Blockchain data (transaction records, wallet addresses) is stored permanently on the Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted.
